Born and raised in San Diego, my real estate career began at Coldwell Banker's Del Mar office in 1998.  With a foundation of over 26 years as a real estate professional, I focus on your experience as a buyer or seller.  Whether it's negotiating an offer, navigating through a repair addendum, or creating a custom marketing strategy to get your home sold, I enjoy putting my strengths to work for you.  

Many brokers rely on a sales background, so their primary goal is to sell rather than to serve.  Having worked in the luxury hospitality industry taught me the importance of accentuating the client experience.  There is no greater compliment than repeat client business and receiving valued referrals!  I'm proud to say that past clients and their referrals account for the majority of my business each year.  Buyers appreciate and value my perseverance and dedication in finding them the right home, no matter how long it takes.  Sellers hire me for my marketing plan, which combines video, social media, and print to help them achieve success.
